"As Town of Union Justice, I would bring with me an already established understanding and a long history of practicing law in the criminal and civil practice areas. Most importantly, I would have the opportunity to further serve the Town the Union which is the place that our family calls home."

Grace is a 1996 graduate Binghamton University (History and Philosophy, Politics and Law), and a 1999 graduate of St. John’s Law School. With over 20 years of experience, Grace has held positions as an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Street Narcotics and Gang Bureau at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office and a Senior Assistant District Attorney with the Broome County District Attorney’s Office where he handled cases ranging from DWI to serious assaults and murder.

For the last ten years, Graces has been in private practice handling criminal, matrimonial, family court, landlord tenant and real estate matters. He has also been assigned to be a Special Prosecutor in Broome County to prosecute serious felony cases. I prosecuted the re-trial and murder conviction of Aaron Powell and trial and murder conviction of Andre Lee.

Grace lives in Endwell with his wife, Mara Young Grace and two boys, Finnegan and Declan. He is active in their children’s educational, musical and athletic activities. Grace was the co-head coach of the Windsor High School Mock Trial team, is a director for the Broome County Youth Lacrosse League, a coach and board member of the Maine Endwell Youth Lacrosse Club, a founding member and coach for the Southern Tier Wolf Pack travel lacrosse organization and a coach and board member for the Binghamton Patriots Youth Lacrosse program.
